Welcome to Fabric ‘n Friends, located at 813 Paris Street, Castroville, Texas. Castroville is located just fifteen miles west of San Antonio on US Highway 90, making it and our shop an easy commute for visitors to and residents of the San Antonio area.. We have over 4000 bolts of quality fabric from all of the leading fabric manufacturers, housed in our 3600 square foot facility. Our shop favorites, bright contemporary cotton prints and batiks are well stocked, and our selections of Thimbleberries, civil war reproductions, 1930’s prints, florals, homespuns, juvenile prints, flannels continue to expanding as well, and we also stock the complete Jinny Beyer palette to fulfill every quilter’s needs. We have expanded our line to add some fabrics which are especially good for jumpers, jackets and other light apparel. New trims and ribbons have been brought in to help complete some of the special interest items to your quilts and other sewing and craft projects, as well as embroidery floss, bead assortments, and embellishment crystals. Of course, we always have an interesting assortment of books, patterns, notions, and gifts to inspire you and promote your individual creativity. We look forward to your next visit with us! The 2010 12th Annual Blue Bonnet Patchwork Trail Shop Hop dates are set. The four day event is sure to be a lot of fun for everyone, so be sure to mark your calendars now for April 15-18, 2010. The hours on Thursday through Saturday are 9:00am until 8:00pm, and on Sunday, 10:00am until 4:00pm. We hope that everyone will include this annual event in their plans made.
